- Stretch! (EX: Touch your toes, Arm across chest, Lunge, etc!)
- Warm Up! 2 minute walk
- Run 2 minutes
- Walk 30 sec - 1 min
- Run 2 minutes
- continue for about 10 minutes
- Cool down - 2 minute walk
- Stretch
- Stretch!
- Warm Up! Walk 2 minutes
- Run 3 miles or 20 minutes (About)
- Cool down- 2 minute walk
- Stretch
