Just because your a fashionista doesn't mean you don't have to stay fit! You always want to look good and be healthy!

Easy As Pie : Running Workout
  1. Stretch! (EX: Touch your toes, Arm across chest, Lunge, etc!)
  2. Warm Up! 2 minute walk
  3. Run 2 minutes
  4. Walk 30 sec - 1 min
  5. Run 2 minutes
  6. continue for about 10 minutes
  7. Cool down - 2 minute walk
  8. Stretch
I Know What I'm Doing : Running Workout
  1. Stretch!
  2. Warm Up! Walk 2 minutes
  3. Run 3 miles or 20 minutes (About)
  4. Cool down- 2 minute walk
  5. Stretch
